I am undergoing Rahu Mahadasha and Mars Antardasha. Is it beneficial to me? If not, Atleast will my Jupiter Mahadasha be good?

Thanks for your blogs. They are very interesting as they reveal most of me. I have a question, I am undergoing Rahu Mahadasha and Mars Antardasha. I have seen a lot of failures in life, especially in my career and health. And no peace of mind.  Will all be good on Mars Antardasha and in Jupiter Mahadasa?
