When will i get a permanent job that will fulfill my financial needs

1. I was born 1984 february 25, in Polokwane  town  in South  Africa,

I have been unemployed  since 2013 all my efforts of trying  to  get  a job are fruitless. When will i get a  permanent  job that  i am qualified for?
