If you are not a working person then the scenario is different. maximum people do not know that section 25 of IPC not only talks about giving alimony to wife but also to husband. You can google it or can talk to a lawyer you will come to know. So, live life with self-respect if you have a source of earning, if not then obviously he should take care of you and your child. I think people get married only when they become bored or want a new adventure (in the form of trouble) in life. Anyways let’s come to the point.
