In case of online software those are used by many users around the world at the same time and thus in many cases the data you get is partly wrong. When you use offline software that is used by you only at a certain time and thus gives accurate result if the calculations procedure of the software is correct. For offline you can use Jagannath Hora software, that does not look good design wise but calculations are absolute.  If you want a free software loaded with all astrology calculations then go with Jagannath hora. Now let’s come to the 2nd part of your question which was your primary question actually. I believe you have tried to aske, if a planet is debilitated in Rashi or natal chart and exalted or in good position in navamsa then what happens? Does the planet gives good result or remain weak? the answer is: when a planet is debilitated in rashi chart and exalted in navamsa or d9 that time the planet gets back its power, but that doesn’t give result just after the birth itself in a proper way, it becomes powerful at its maturity age or after the mid age of the native. the maturity age of planets are as follows:
Jupiter Matures between 15 – 20 years age

Sun at 22 years age

Moon at 24 years age

Venus between 25 – 27 years age

Mars between 28 – 31 years age

Mercury between 32 – 35 years age

Saturn Matures between 36 – 39 years age

Rahu Matures between 42 – 47 years age

Ketu Matures between  48 – 54 years age

The rule is: whichever comes first from that time the result will be activated. Always remember, rashi chart is your physical chart, so incidents indicated by rashi chart will be felt first then of the navamasa or other divisional charts. If a planet is debilitated in rashi chart that means you need to experience the result of that planet as per rashi chart first.

Another important matter i want to mention here that, no planet gives result alone, planets give result in combination. The combination could be of houses, nakshatras, upa-nakshtras etc, but without combination a planet is incapable to give result in proper way, sometimes negligible.
