Disputes are going on between me and husband it’s been a two year we are staying separated he doesn’t wants to continue the marriage as he is having his interest in someone else . When will divorce happen ? Also he is money minded person doesn’t wants to give rights ( alimony ) for the child and me .

You have not asked any specific question but still in my view if you are a working professional so do not expect anything from him in the form of alimony, you must have self-respect. If you are not a working person then the scenario is different. maximum people do not know that section 25 of IPC not only talks about giving alimony to wife but also to husband. You can google it or can talk to a lawyer you will come to know. So, live life with self-respect if you have a source of earning, if not then obviously he should take care of you and your child.
