Sorry, as per analysis of D9 and Natal chart of this given horoscope, the chances of 2nd marriage is not so bright even if it happens somehow conjugal life will not be fruitful or blissful for the native and may end up in separation or divorce. By the way, debilitation of 7th lord or 7th house or malefic influence on 7th house or 7th lord does not qualify for 2nd marriage. 2 marriage happen when there is malefic influence on Mars, Venus, Jupiter and at the same time there is connection between Mars, Jupiter, Venus and sometimes influence of Saturn. But this also alone does not guarantee 2nd marriage. As D9 chart is utmost important in terms of marriage 1st or 2nd.
So overall, for seeing 2nd marriage many aspects and condition has to be seen along with Main period and Sub period.
