I have read both of your articles on Nadi astrology, they are:
- https://astrosanhita.com/property-purchase-buying-selling-best-time-nadi-astrology-rules-property-dispute/
I have a question, the Nadi technique you have described in 1st article that is completely different than the latest one. In one rule you are using nakshatra to see property-related matters and on the other hand in the latest Nadi astrology article, you have mentioned completely different methods. I am really very confused about what has to be taken for prediction purposes. What is the main difference between these two? are there different types of Nadi systems in astrology? if yes then which method we should study? which one is more accurate?

Dear Arvind, Nadi system is very vast. To give you the answer to your question in a proper way first I need to tell you about types of Nadi systems widely used to predict someone’s future First, let me give you a brief of them.
Bhrigu Nadi Astrology:
This is the first and easiest method of Nadi astrology. He was the ancestor of lord Parshurama and one of the Vishnu avatars as per Purana.
The Nadi Method in Bhrigu Nadi: This method is all about transits and planetary placements based on planetary significations. The most beautiful part of Bhrigu Nadi is that you do not need any divisional chart, bala or strength table, dasa antardasa to predict someone’s future, only rashi chart and planetary transit is enough. Bhrigu Nadi techniques are an evergreen system that gives accurate predictions with no difficulties.
Nandi Nadi Astrology:
This is the Nadi system that was narrated by Nandkeswara to Markandyea. This method of Nadi system is mainly based on Planetary significations, Planetary positions, planetary transit, progression, exaltation, debilitation, etc.
Bhrigu Nandi Nadi Astrology:
This is the Nadi system which is the combination of both above. This combo was made by Late Shri R G Rao and wrote several books on it. The famous one is “Bjrigu Nandi Nadi”. Som,e people practice this combo form of Nadi astrology too.
Agathiya Nadi Astrology:
This is another form of Nadi system after the name of Maharshi Agathiya, the brother of Vashishta Muni, He is believed to be the father of the Tamil language what we see in Tamil Nadu in India
This is the form of Nadi where a Nadi reader reads palm leaves to predict someone’s future. Now, who knows from where these palm leaves are coming! Hence, nowadays many astrologers do not accept the authenticity of this Nadi system.
Shiva Nadi Astrology:
This is the form of Nadi Astrology that is believed to be said by Lord Shiva to Parvati and then Ma Parvati to Brahma and the Saptarishis. As Lord Shiva is also the inventor of the Tantra system so, you will find tantra-related matters also in this method of Naadi system.
This is not the regular form of astrology that we practice nowadays. This method of prediction includes Sounds, smells, sights, etc. as a tool to say something about someone’s future. This method of Nadi system can be mastered through certain kinds of meditations only not by mathematical calculations that we see in other astrological systems.
Dhruva Nadi Astrology:
This Nadi system was made by Satyacharya. The rule of “Panch Siddhanta” is applied here. this is the form of astrology that added nakshatra rules in Nadi system. many people practice this Nadi method nowadays. The entire Krishnamurti or KP astrology is based on this method only. In KP Krishnamurti Ji elasticated it more nicely.
Suka Naadi Astrology:
This is the Nadi method narrated by the Son of Maharshi Bhrigu Shukracharya. It is the more advanced form of Bhrigu Nadi astrology.
There many other Nadi systems like:
and so on…
This Nadi method I mention is mainly based on Bhrigu and Nandi Nadi principles
2. Property Purchase/selling/Best Time – Nadi Astrology Rules:
Here I mainly mention the modern form of Suka Nadi.
Now, I believe you understood what type of Nadi system i used in which article. if still have any question you can ask me…

Thanks for asking this question, Arvind. The q-hub had become the playground of free consultations, I was really tired of all types of same questions of other members. You have asked really a valuable question and broke the monotony. and thanks to Shankar sir for giving such an in-depth answer to the question. I was completely bored of free questions of people, no one used to ask any valuable question at all. If you check maximum questions in q-hub all are just the same type. Sometimes it is ok, but if anyone gets the same question all the time then that becomes really ridiculous. I had started getting private messages from many new people to give them answers I used to give answers also, but one day I stopped giving due to boredom. Thanks to you arvind to do something different after a long time.
