Hello, I would like to know if I will get promotions by next year based on my performance this year? I am due for promotions but I don’t have a good rapport with my superiors even though I am extremely good at work. It is better to change the company under the condition of the higher designation. Because at the time changing a company you only can get the higher post, as you will start working the relationship with your will start becoming worse and you will not be able to get any promotion. So, for you to get a higher designation thumb rule is to change the company and at the time of selection or application join that company only on the condition if they can offer you the higher designation.
