I am working as a Teacher in a reputed school for the past 28 years. Though I have established great reputation and undertake all major responsibilities, I am never promoted as Vice principal, headmistress or any position of administration. People with less experience and skill get promoted. Its very discouraging and painful. I have 7 more years of service. Will I ever get promoted in the next seven years or will I retire as a regular teacher only.
