Mam, You should ask about one person at a time. This Portal is all about 1 question on 1 day for a person. So, Now i’m going reveal some info and prediction about you first.I guess you both may be twins or slightly similar face and gesture as your born on same day within few minutes difference but still fortune will be different due to past life karma and different kind of efforts and steps taken by you both . There is 1 hour and some seconds difference then D9,D10, D60 chart will be different for you both. But, D1 Lagna or Natal chart will be same.
For You whose time of birth is 13:45 may have to struggle try hard at least for a year more to pass out NEET or any competitive examination related Medical. Although, you can opt of BDMS, BHMS, but if you aspire to become a MBBS then just wait one years fortune will be favour from Decemebr 2021 and you will surely crack NEET or any competitive Medical Entrance Exam .
As per your Sister, She can surely crack NEET OR Some competitive examination for medical this time if she remains focussed and do not loose patience or confidence.
